Сьогодні на наших дорогах з’явилося значно більше транспортних засобів, ніж, скажімо, років 10-15 тому, і цей процес має тенденцію до зростання. відтак, більшає і водіїв. тож, здавалося б, районна організація тсоу мала б бути спокійною за своє фінансове майбутнє, адже охочих отримати водійські права бракувати не повинно. втім, не все так однозначно. про це та інше йшлося на загальних зборах громадської організації, що відбулися минулого тижня.
Як зазначив голова районного осередку ТСОУ Василь Котюк (на фото), минулі п’ять років видалися чи не найважчими за увесь період незалежності України. Через реформування Міністерства внутрішніх справ та введення державної акредитації три роки тому, майже на півроку був припинений навчальний процес, що значно відобразилося на фінансовому стані. Через зменшення акредитаційного обсягу підготовки організації довелося відмовитися від підготовки водіїв автобуса та причепів. На сьогодні автопарк Любомльського ТСОУ налічує 4 вантажівки, 8 легковиків, два причепи, стільки ж мотоциклів категорії «А» та один мопед категорії «А1». Організація має власне СТО, що дозволяє своїми силами ремонтувати та проводити техобслуговування учбового транспорту. Наступного року планується провести реконструкцію автодрому, що дозволить відмовитися від оренди  землі за межами міста.  Також було відкрито інформаційно-технічний центр на три робочих місця, що дозволяє учням користуватися новими навчальними програмами та Інтернетом. «На жаль, свою роль у зменшенні об’ємів підготовки водіїв відіграло закриття у Любомлі територіального сервісного Центру МВС (в народі — МРЕВ), відтак, учні змушені для складання іспитів їздити в інші міста, — каже Василь Котюк. — Та, попри труднощі, торік в Любомлі підготували 230 водіїв категорії «В», 60 — категорії «С», 59 — категорії «С1», у цьому році організація підготувала 170 водіїв категорії «В» (60 — навчаються), 59 водіїв категорій «С», «С1» (20 навчаються)». В ході роботи було також заслухано звіт голови контрольно-ревізійної комісії Віктора Гірука. Враженнями від почутого поділилися: голова обласної організації ТСОУ Анатолій Долинський, начальник міськвідділу освіти Василь Кибиш, майстер виробничого навчання водінню Іван Костюк, представник страхової компанії, яка активно співпрацює з райорганізацією ТСОУ Петро Литвинюк. «Цілком розумію проблемні питання, але іншого нам не лишається, окрім як наполегливо працювати, —  зазначив анатолій долинський. — Мусимо об’єднати зусилля, щоб зберегти те, що є, і вижити». До слова, під час зібрання голова Волинського ТСОУ вручив відзнаки очолюваної ним організації. Їх, зокрема, удостоїлися: викладач Віктор Котюк, майстер виробничого навчання Іван Масловський та активіст Роман Котюк. Також учасники заходу затвердили склад правління, контрольно-ревізійної комісії, обрали делегатів на загальні збори аналогічної обласної організації. В цілому роботу керівництва і правління було визнано задовільною, керувати організацією у найближчі чотири роки учасники зборів довірили чинному голові Василю Котюку.
