Допомога депутата відчутна
Як повідомляла наша газета нещодавно Рівненська громада отримала незвичний подарунок від уряду Польщі – пасажирський мікроавтобус. Придбали його поляки в Німеччині, а провести всі процедури оформлення на українську реєстрацію, які не менш дороговартісні зголосився депутат облради Юрій Гупало. Він особисто доставив мікроавтобус з Луцька до Рівного. Це вже не перший його подібний подарунок 
землякам. Своєю увагою Юрій Володимирович старається не обділяти всі гарні починання жителів свого виборчого округу. Він докладає максимум зусиль та свого депутатського впливу щодо покращення інфраструктури у селах Любомльського району: Заозерне отримало довгоочікуване освітлення; розпочато ремонт дороги Борове-Сокіл; вирішується питання завершення ремонту дороги сполученням Старовойтове – Адамчуки, що триває з 2017 року. Депутат постійно підтримує та допомагає освітнім та лікувальним закладам, а саме в день святкування Останнього дзвоника в школах Любомльського району, за його сприяння, відзначили заохочувальними подарунками учасників районного конкурсу дитячих творчих робіт «Лист однолітку в дитячий будинок»; виділено кошти для співфінансування в придбанні комп’ютерів у школи с. Бережці, Штунь, Радехів;у Згоранській школі замінено вікна на енергоощадні та облаштовано доріжки з бруківки; щорічно забезпечує новорічними подарунками школи та садочки; забезпечує (відповідно до звернень) літні табори при школах іграшками та спортивним інвентарем; придбано 15 дошок-фліпчартів для шкіл, окремі садочки отримали набори канцтоварів для першокласників, була надана гуманітарна допомога сільським садочкам у вигляді постільної білизни, тощо.
За підтримки Юрія Гупала зроблено ремонт амбулаторії в селі Гуща, а також забезпечено даний лікувальний заклад ортопедичними ліжками, виділено кошти на відновлення Будинку пристарілих в Гущі. Сам же депутат обласної ради щорічно доєднується до заходів із озеленення довкілля: цього року висаджувалися саджанці фруктових дерев і туй, а також кущів квітів біля закладів освіти Любомльського району (понад 1000 саджанців), а на території Інтеграційного центру «Замлиння» саджанці фруктових дерев. Окрему увагу Юрій Гупало приділяє спорту: щорічно здійснюється фінансова підтримка дитячих команд з волейболу, також забезпечуються сільські волейбольні та футбольні команди спортивною формою та інвентарем, підтримка ветеранського спорту, проведення турнірів з волейболу на Кубок Юрія Гупала; громади сіл Будники та Миловань отримали в подарунок волейбольні сітки та професійні волейбольні м’ячі; щорічно, за його підтримки проводиться футбольний турнір пам’яті Сергія Киричука в с. Римачі. Цього року в с. Згорани було облаштовано новий спортивний майданчик з освітленням та проведено волейбольний турнір за підтримки Благодійного Фонду Юрія Гупала «Віримо в Україну», також в подарунок отримали нову форму діти-волейболісти місцевої ДЮСШ.
Слід зазначити і те, що волейбольна команда «Олюртранс», капітаном якої є Юрій Гупало, стала семикратним чемпіоном області з волейболу серед чоловічих команд. Юрій Володимирович не забуває про людей, які опинились в скрутних життєвих обставинах, надаючи адресні допомоги. У 2019 році з депутатського фонду, відповідно до звернень, отримали грошову матеріальну допомогу понад 25 жителів Любомльщини. Не обділяє увагою та піклуванням також дітей-інвалідів та інвалідів похилого віку, з Благодійного Фонду було виділено фінансову допомогу на проведення «Осіннього балу – 2019» для дітей та молоді з інвалідністю, а також фінансову підтримку обласній спілці інвалідів. Власними коштами долучився до співфінансування двох молодіжних міні-проектів у с. Столинські Смоляри, а саме – проект по створенню спортивного майданчика «Спорт для всіх» та проект по створенню рекреаційної зони «СтавОк». Підсумовуючи всі справи зроблені для громади депутатом обласної ради Юрієм Гупалом земляки дякують йому за допомогу та надіються, що в міру своїх можливостей та повноважень, він і надалі чесно, цілеспрямовано виконуватиме свої обіцянки та всіляко допомагатиме жителям Любомльщини.
