Також нерідко тут можна зустріти й гостей з-за кордону.
Все це змушує дивитися на ринок, як на сферу надання послуг, по-новому, так би мовити, по-сучасному, з європейським підходом. І якщо до цього прагне керівництво ТОВ «Любомль-ринок», то про інших таке сказати досить важко. В першу чергу всі звинувачення адресувалися міськраді, мовляв, вона відповідальна за благоустрій територій, які віддає в оренду. Міські чиновники та депутати довго зважалися на якісь рішучі дії, збирали наради, комісії та виносили питання на сесії. За цей час поліція встигла навести порядок з порушенням правил паркування автомобілів та спільно із автодором облаштувати стоянку для автотранспорту. А ось щодо торгівлі у невідведених для цього місцях, яка заважає не тільки руху пішоходів, а й створює аварійні ситуації для транспорту, поліцейські разом із адміністрацією ринку знову попросили сказати своє слово міську владу. Була зібрана нарада, на якій обговорені конкретні пропозиції та затверджено заходи з вирішення цієї проблеми. Відтак, адміністрація ТОВ «Любомль-ринок» повинна була облаштувати людям місця для продажу власної продукції, міськрада контролювати цей процес, інформувати населення про заборону торгівлі у невідведених для цього місцях та притягати винних до відповідальності. Фіксувати факти порушення вимог законодавства та складати відповідні протоколи попросили поліцію. І тут вже на першому етапі план дав збій: у ситуацію втрутилася ще одна сторона – енергетики, які мотивуючись безпекою громадян та інструкціями із нормативних актів заборонили монтувати прохід до торгових місць повз трансформаторну підстанцію. Може ви будете стояти і їх направляти!?»… Зрештою знову все звелося до дрібних меркантильних інтересів: в перші дні «нововведення» люди могли потрапити у торговельні сільськогосподарські ряди через територію, яку орендує споживче товариство. Однак, потім його керівник вирішив ворота закрити, невідомо чим мотивуючи. І тепер всі «стріли» полетіли на його адресу. Щоправда, не обійшлося без чергових звинувачень міської ради, «яка має слідкувати за виконанням своїх рішень підприємцями й іншими організаціями». Втім якби там не було та пішохідна зона навколо ринку відтепер вільна і ніщо не перешкоджає руху, люди торгують у відведених місцях, а від більшості відвідувачів тільки й чути: «Так має бути!».
